py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Additionally, Dan clerked for a Superior Court Judge in Anchorage, Alaska, and is admitted to practice law in both Oregon and rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Dan earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where he was actively involved in legal scholarship, serving as Editor-in-Chief for Willamette Law Online and as an editor for the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">He also competed in Moot Court.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">His undergraduate degree in Political Science is from Whitworth University, where he played college baseball.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Dan is a member of the Marion and Deschutes County Bar Associations, the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Oregon State Bar Criminal Law Section.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">He also mentors aspiring attorneys through Willamette University
