Alycia Herriott is an experienced trial attorney working primarily out of the firm’s Bend office. Alycia’s practice focuses on Criminal Defense, DUII Defense, Personal Injury, and Victim’s Rights in Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, Klamath,  Jackson, Lake, and Josephine Counties. Prior to working with Gilroy Napoli Short Law Group, Alycia had ten successful years as a Deputy District Attorney in both Deschutes County and Clackamas County, including time as a Special Assistant US Attorney in the Portland US Attorney’s Office. As a Deputy District Attorney, Alycia handled over 100 jury trials, including Homicide, Vehiclular Manslaughter, Measure 11 offenses and DUII’s. Alycia’s extensive knowledge of DUII law earned her a nomination for Oregon DUII Prosecutor of the Year in 2018. Alycia is able to use this knowledge to easily explain the criminal process, identify defenses, and strongly advocate for you.


Alycia is a graduate of the University of Oregon where she received a B.S. with Honors in Economics in 2005. She earned her law degree at Willamette University (J.D., 2008). On a personal note, Alycia was born and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Alycia is married and a mother to two children. In her spare time, Alycia enjoys taking advantage of all the incredible outdoor activities Central Oregon has to offer
